The Trolleybus Museum at Sandtoft is home to the World's largest collection of preserved Trolleybuses. This interesting museum has been designed to entertain, educate and give excellent value and service to visitors. The Trolleybus Museum is also home to a selection of other vehicles from the trolleybus era or those with local area connections. Come along and discover this huge range of vehicles and a great programme of events held throughout the year.
The Trolleybus Museum at Sandtoft has interest for all the family. There's lots going on at the museum besides a fantastic collection of vehicles. The Trolleybus Driving Experience is a unique chance to get behind the wheel of a vintage British trolleybus and held on select dates throughout the year. Easter sees the Easter Eggstravaganza where the museum will be celebrating 100 years of British Trolleybuses. The Blues & Twos Weekend in September features visiting emergency vehicles, displays and demonstrations or maybe join the museum at christmas to enjoy a Santa Weekend.
The Museum is only open to visitors on selected days during the year.
