Storm Restaurant is all about Victoria Vassallo, a brilliant chef with a cooking style which is all about passion, quality ingredients local sourcing and superb presentation. Everything is fresh and homemade, with regularly changing menus with a daily fish specials board. The wine cellar has been carefully selected which includes an array of Champagne, wines. Service here is efficient and informal making dining at Storm Restaurant a relaxed culinary experience.

Unique Features

The mouth watering menu at Storm Restaurant includes locally sourced fresh fish, meat and game. Starters include Ramus signature smoked salmon lemon, pickles & brown bread, Cornish sardines with toast, tomato, garlic & basil or maybe Wild red venison Carpaccio winter roots and a truffle dressing. Mains include fresh fish dishes such as Wild Sea bass with a duxell smooth parsnip, red onion tarte tatin or Whitby smoked haddock with Yorkshire greens, poached free range egg and a brioche Ryedale cheese sauce. Meat and game might include Coq au vin Goosenargh chicken, smooth mash or Westmoor outdoor reared belly pork doreens blackpudding, apple puree, sage mash and a shallot jus or why not try one of the aged steaks including fillet, rib eye and rump.
