Sukhothai Thai Restaurant is run by Head Chef and owner Ban Kaewkraikhot who really knows Thai food. Ban successfully ran her own restaurant in Bangkok for 8 years, which quickly established its self amongst the Bangkok locals as a firm favourite for quality and value. Sukhothai, the name chosen for the new venture, is Ban’s birthplace, and is approximately 100 miles north of Bangkok. Great care and thought has been given to ensure that a comprehensive range is available to cater for all tastes. Ban is full of original ideas and concepts, which are reflected in the extensive menu. Many new dishes have been introduced, all of which are cooked using traditional methods and techniques.
