Seasonal game and fish, all from the Bolton Abbey Estate, together with vegetables and herbs from the hotel's kitchen gardens, are the hallmarks of the Burlington's splendid menu. Executive Head Chef, Steve Smith, has held a Michelin Star for over ten years at each of the hotels he was with previously and it shows as he has sucessfully been awarded a Michelin Star for his work at the Devonshire!
