The Stubbing Wharf enjoys an idyllic position in the upper Calder Valley, nestled between the Rochdale Canal and the River Calder. We are set on the towpath of the canal and offer the warmest of welcomes to boaters, walkers, cyclists, motorcyclists and motorists alike. Warm yourself by the open fire in the wintertime or soak up the sun and watch life go by on the towpath in the summer.
We offer a selection of beers, ales and stouts in addition to a range of delicious home cooked food and snacks throughout the day. We have a canalside function room which can accommodate up to sixty people and provides a unique location for your event or function. Several buffet options are available for your event and can be viewed further on our website.
