David and Kathryn welcome you to their nine bedroomed Country Inn at Hawnby, offering quality, freshly prepared meals created by our Head Chef Andy Holt. Our restaurant, the Mexborough Room, commands stunning views over our gardens and the surrounding countryside. Andy uses local produce wherever possible to create delicious seasonal menus for you to savour. These are complemented by an excellent quality wine list. Booking for the restaurant is advisable. Meals are also available from our friendly bar, which is stocked with a tempting variety of ales including our own Hawnby Hops Brew, Black Sheep and Timothy Taylors

We have nine beautiful bedrooms - six in the main house and three in our stable annexe, all of which are all ensuite.The Inn is situated in a very beautiful part of the North Yorkshire Moors and commands the most stunning views. After experiencing a lovely meal in our restaurant or bar, why not take a walk around the moors or sit on our terrace which catches the sun for most of the day. Our chefs prepare daily a childrens menu using fresh locally sourced produce. Extensive parking is available adjacent to the main Inn building. We also cater to functions, including weddings, christenings and corporate events. We offer a bespoke service and plan each event individually.
