The Deep Aquarium has some unique features you won't find in other aquariums such as the world's only underwater lift where you really get up close to the sharks. The deepest viewing tunnel in Europe is here too, taking you 10 metres under the sea. The Deep is fast becoming as popular an attraction as the Eden Project.
As well as plenty of interactive learning about the evolution of marine life - you literally are 'walking among them' as tunnels of water teeming with colourful sea life is just above your head, or around the next corner.
This huge aquarium is split into thematic spaces including The Ocean Planet, The Coral Realm, Slime!, The Industrial Seas, The Twilight Zone and Deep Blue One. (take the Deep Tour via the webguide linked right).
